Return & Exchange Policy
(Effective from 01/08/2025)
This Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which customers (“You” / “Customer”) may request a return or exchange of products purchased from The Colosseum Sports (“We” / “Our” / “Us”) via our e-commerce platform shop.thecolosseum.in. By placing an order, You agree to this Policy in full, without limitation or qualification.
1. General Conditions
1.1. All purchases made through our website are deemed final unless they qualify under the specific conditions for return or exchange as outlined in this Policy.
1.2. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted upon verification and approval by The Colosseum Sports team.
1.3. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or discontinue this Policy at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
2. Eligibility for Return
2.1. Products are eligible for return only in cases of manufacturing defect or damage discovered at the time of receipt.
2.2. Return requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted thereafter will not be entertained.
2.3. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags, manuals, accessories, and original packaging intact.
2.4. Defects or damages caused due to mishandling, improper use, normal wear & tear, or third-party logistics mishaps are not covered under this Policy.
2.5. Return shipping costs shall be borne entirely by the Customer. Products must be shipped to the following address:

3. Verification Process
3.1. Upon receipt of the returned product, our Quality Control (QC) team will inspect and verify the condition and claimed defect.
3.2. Approval or rejection of the return will be communicated to the Customer within 7 working days of receipt.
3.3. If approved, a replacement product will be shipped, or a store credit will be issued at our discretion. No monetary refunds will be processed.
3.4. If rejected, the product will be shipped back to the Customer at their cost.
4. Exchange Policy
4.1. Products are eligible for exchange if:
They are returned in unused, undamaged condition.
All original tags, manuals, and packaging are intact.
4.2. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days of delivery.
4.3. The Customer shall bear the cost of return shipping of the product to our address.
4.4. The replacement product will be dispatched only after the returned item has been received and verified by our QC team.
4.5. Exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If the requested product is unavailable, the Customer will be offered an alternative product or store credit at our discretion.
5. Exclusions
5.1. The following categories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Discounted or clearance products.
Customized or personalized items.
Products damaged after delivery due to Customer mishandling.
Products showing normal wear & tear or deterioration from regular use.
5.2. We are not responsible for delays, misplacement, or damage caused by third-party logistics providers (courier companies). Customers are advised to contact the courier service directly for such disputes.
6. Logistics & Risk
6.1. All return shipments are at the sole risk of the Customer until the item is received by The Colosseum Sports.
6.2. We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns and exchanges.
6.3. We shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or damage to products during transit.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
7.2. Failing such resolution, the matter shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
